        一、概述
        本公司研制生产的FA系列一体化高效全自动净水装置采用模块化设计。具有工艺简单，无需专人操作管理，占地面积小，投资省，上马快等优点。
本装置包括布水、反应、沉淀、过滤、集水、集泥、自动反洗七个主要单元，内装斜管填料及各种规格精制滤料，设备主壳体均为碳钢制作，内外部采用特殊涂料进行防腐处理，使用寿命长，适用范围广，广泛用于大、中、小型水厂（站）的建设和改造。
        工程设计每小时处理水量为：单个模块50-200m³，可多模块组合使用。
        二、工艺设备特点：
        1、设备在运行过程中，从反应、混凝、沉淀、过滤、反冲洗、排污等均利用其自身的水力作用自动进行，不需人工操作。
        2、适应能力强，不管是高浊度的源水，还是低浊度的源水，本设备都有较强的适应能力。出水水质能小于3mg/L。
        3、运行成本低。
        Overview
        The FA series integrated high-efficiency full-automatic water purification device developed and produced by the Company adopts modular design. It has the advantages of simple process, no need of special personnel for operation and management, small land occupation, low investment, and fast start - up.
        The device consists of seven main units of water distribution, reaction, sedimentation, filtration, water collection, mud collection and automatic backwashing. It is internally provided with inclined tube fillers and various specifications of refined filter materials. The main casing of the equipment is made of carbon steel. The inner and outer parts are treated with special coatings for anti-corrosion. It has long service life, wide application range and excellent performance and is widely used in the construction and renovation of large, medium and small water plants (stations). 
        The design hourly water treatment capacity of the engineering: 50-200m³ for a single module. It can be used in combination of multiple modules.
        Characteristics of process equipment:
        1. During the operation of the equipment, it is automatically carried out by its own hydraulic action from reaction, coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, backwashing, sewage discharge, etc., without manual operation.
        2. It has strong adaptability. Whether is used for source water with high turbidity or low turbidity, the equipment has a strong adaptability. The outlet water quality can be less than 3mg/L.
        3. The operating cost is low.
