        二、工艺流程及说明
        集装箱式一体化MBR装置是一种以膜生物反应器为主处理工艺的一体化污水处理回用装置,集污水处理和回用功能为一体。
        污水流经格栅或毛发过滤器(机械格栅或人工格栅),栅条间隙为1—3mm,去除大颗粒的悬浮物及杂质后流入污水调节池内,在调节池内进行水质、水量调节,由污水提升泵将污水提升至缺氧池,经缺氧池水解酸化后,流入MBR生化处理系统。整个生化处理系统由前端处理及反应池组成,根据进水水质和出水要求,决定是否需要及设计前端处理池。反应池内装置中空纤维薄膜,构成MBR-好氧的运行模式。
        MBR反应池出水可直接进入回用水池,采用紫外线或二氧化氯进行消毒,各项水质指标达标后,排放或打入中水管网进行回用。
        Process flow and description
        The container-type integrated MBR device is an integrated wastewater treatment and reuse device with membrane bioreactor as the main treatment process, integrating wastewater treatment and reuse functions.
        The wastewater flows through the screen or hair filter (mechanical screen or artificial screen), with a gap of 1-3mm between the screen bars. After the large particles of suspended solids and impurities are removed, it then flows into the wastewater equalization tank, where water quality and water quantity are adjusted. After that, the lifting pump is used to lift the wastewater to the anoxic tank for hydrolysis and acidification, then it flows into the MBR biochemical treatment system. The entire biochemical treatment system consists of pre-treatment treatment and reaction tank. Whether the pre-treatment tank is needed or not can be determined and designed according to the water quality of the inlet water and the requirements of the outlet water. The hollow fiber membrane is arranged in the reaction tank to form an MBR-aerobic operation mode.
        The outlet water from the MBR reaction tank can directly enter into the reuse water tank, and be disinfected by ultraviolet ray or chlorine dioxide. After various water quality indicators meet the standards, it will be discharged or pumped into the recycled water pipe network for reuse.

        三、产品特点
        ◆结构紧凑,流程简洁,占地面积小、增量扩容方便,自动化程度高,操作维修简便,且可随时随地移动,即可以将本装置直接运至处理目标所在地,直接规模化进行处理,而无需进行二次施工。
        ◆集污水处理和净水工艺流程于同一装置,可浅埋于地下也可放置在地表;处理基本无污泥产生,对周围环境无影响;运行效果好、可靠性高、出水水质稳定、运行费用较少。
        ◆处理城市污水时,耐冲击负荷、对污染物去除效率高、硝化能力强,可同时进行硝化、反硝化,兼具脱氮除磷的功能,非常适合处理城市污水、分散式污水,出水可以回用也可以直接达标排放,能够满足不同用户的不同水质的要求。
        ◆膜生物反应池的曝气管路分为两路,一路对周边活性污泥进行曝气,另一路对膜组件的膜片进行曝气。其优点为通过对膜片曝气产生的冲刷力使膜片相互拍打,这样可以抖落附在膜孔表面的污泥,使膜通量大大提高延长了膜的使用寿命,从而降低了运行成本。
        Product characteristics
        ◆It has compact structure, simple process, small land occupation, convenient increment and  expansion, high degree of automation, easy operation and maintenance, and can be moved anytime and anywhere, that is, it can be directly transported to the treating target location for direct treatment on a large scale without secondary construction.
        ◆ It integrates sewage treatment and water purification process, can be shallow buried underground or placed on the ground surface; the treatment basically has no sludge production, no impact on the surrounding environment; with good operation effect, high reliability, stable outlet quality and low operating cost.
        ◆When treating urban sewage, it has high impact load resistance, high pollutant removal efficiency and strong nitrification capacity. It can perform nitrification and denitrification at the same time, and has the functions of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. It is very suitable for treating urban sewage and decentralized sewage.  The outlet water can be used or discharged directly up to standards, which can meet the different water quality requirements of different users.
        ◆ The aeration pipeline of the membrane bioreactor is divided into two ways, one way is to aerate the surrounding activated sludge and the other way is to aerate the membrane of membrane module.  Its advantage is that the membranes beat each other by the flushing force generated by the aeration of the membranes, so that the sludge attached to the surface of the membrane holes can be shaken off, greatly increasing the membrane flux and prolonging the service life of the membrane, thus reducing the operating cost.
