新型SF型复合式水膜脱硫除尘器

        1、工艺流程及说明
       SF型水膜脱硫除尘器主要由文丘里、主筒体、上部注水槽、下部溢流水孔、清理孔等组成,其工作原理是:当含尘气体由总进气管进入文丘里喷淋雾化装置的收缩管后,气流速度增大,至喉管时流速达到大。在喉管处加入的洗涤水被高速气流冲击,形成液滴并发生雾化,尘粒被湿润。在尘粒之间以及液滴与尘粒间发生碰撞和凝聚。在扩散管,气流速度锐减,便于形成较大的含尘水滴。当洗涤水中加有碱液时(PH值≥9),碱液良好的雾化,当二氧化硫气体通过时候,能够很好的与碱液混合反应,达到脱硫的效果。
      此后烟气进入筒体。筒体是一个圆形筒体,水从除尘器上部注水槽进入筒内,使整个圆筒内壁形成一层水膜从上而下流动,烟气由筒体下部切向进入,在筒体内旋转上升,含尘气体在离心力作用下始终与筒体内壁面的水膜发生摩擦,这样含尘气体被水膜湿润,尘粒随水流到除尘器底部,从溢流孔排走。在筒体底部封底并没有水封槽以防止烟气从底部漏出,有清理孔便于进行筒体底部清理。除尘后废水由底部溢流孔排出进入沉淀池,沉淀中和,循环使用。净化后的其他,通过筒体上部椎体部分引出,从而达到除尘目的。如在循环池中加入碱性水(PH值≥9),可起到脱硫效果。

       1. Process flow and description
       The SF type water film desulfurization dust collector is mainly composed of Venturi, main cylinder, upper water injection tank, lower overflow water hole, cleaning hole, etc. The working principle is: when the dust-containing gas enters the contraction pipe of Venturi spray atomization from the main air inlet pipe, the air flow rate increases and reaches the maximum when reaching the throat. The washing water added at the throat is impacted by the high-speed airflow to form droplets and atomize, and the dust particles are wetted. Collision and agglomeration occur between dust particles and between droplets and dust particles. In the diffuser pipe, the airflow speed drops sharply, facilitating the formation of large dust-containing water droplets. When the washing water is added with alkali liquor (pH ≥ 9), the alkali liquor is well atomized. When the sulphur dioxide gas passes, it can be well mixed with the alkali liquor and react to achieve the desulfurization effect.
After that, the flue gas enters the cylinder, which is a circular one. Water enters the cylinder from the water injection tank at the upper part of the dust collector, so that a layer of water film formed on the inner wall of the cylinder and flows from top to bottom, The flue gas tangentially enters from the lower part of the cylinder and rises in rotation in the cylinder. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-containing gas always rubs with the water film on the inner wall of the cylinder body, so that the dust-containing gas is wetted by the water film, and the dust particles flow with the water to the bottom of the dust collector and are discharged from the overflow hole. The bottom of the cylinder is sealed at the bottom and a water sealing groove is provided to prevent the flue gas from leaking out from the bottom, and the cleaning holes are arranged to facilitate cleaning the bottom of the cylinder. After dedusting, the wastewater is discharged from the bottom overflow hole into the sedimentation tank for sedimentation and neutralizing, and then be recycled. The purified gas is taken out through the upper part of the cylinder to achieve the purpose of dust removal. If alkaline water (pH ≥ 9) is added to the circulation tank, desulfurization effect can be achieved.
